International Education Services

IES - International Education Services - is Ireland's leading children's bookseller, serving public libraries, schools, local authorities, and government departments. I was entrusted to take full responsibility of IES' mission critical online pursuits over a 15-year period of client retention.

I designed three websites over the period, with the most recent offering huge capabilities and complex functionality, consisting of a comprehensive e-commerce website with bespoke CMS, representing a significant project management effort. The platform included advanced features and numerous API integrations, while dedicated hosting ensured optimal performance and an IMAP email service covered the needs of all the office staff. Over the course of my partnership with IES, I provided ongoing support and regular consultations, including with their Library staff customers, helping IES continue to grow and adapt their digital presence.
